Repairs:
The vast majority of our products are designed to be repaired, in fact we encourage our users to send their old and worn equipment to us (of any manufacturer). Why? It's cheaper for you, keeps your product out of the landfill longer and we like to think it encourages responsible consumption.
 

The starting rate for a Class A repair is ₤10. Provided below are the additional prices placed on top of the starting rate:

Complete basic shoulder strap replacement ₤3
Complete deluxe (padded) replacement ₤7

The starting rate for a Class B repair is ₤4. Provided below are the additional amounts placed on top of the starting rate:

Caving bags:
Shoulder strap adjustment buckle replacement ₤1.25 pp
Basic haul loop replacement ₤1.25 pp
Daisy chain haul loop replacement ₤1.50 pp

Oversuits:
Oversuit bottom repair with Cordura patch ₤5
Replacement neoprene cuff ₤2.50

Spares:
Replacement plastic tri-glide ₤.50
Complete adjustment webbing replacement for shoulder strap including two plastic tri-glides ₤1.50

Custom printing:
We offer a custom printing service on to many of our products for those that require a level of personalisation. Whether it is for professional representation of your brand or organisation, or simply want to add a personal touch we can be of assistance. Custom design and modification:
Many users have their own specialist requirements that are normally outside of what is offered on the standard product line. Because of this, we are open to producing your custom designs and carrying out modifications on your existing equipment.
