At Beast we offer a number of services to help satisfy your individual requirements.
Repairs:
All of our products are designed to be repaired, in fact we encourage our users to send their old and worn equipment to us (of any manufacturer). Why? It's cheaper for you, keeps your product out of the landfill longer and we like to think it encourages responsible consumption.
Spares:
We all know it's disappointing and frustrating when something breaks only to find out no spare parts are available, so we can supply spare parts for all user-replaceable components. We know our customers are ingenious and more than capable at finding an alternative replacement, but the offer is available!
Custom design:
Product name
Many users have their own specialist requirements that are normally outside of what is offered on the standard product line. Because of this, we are open to producing your custom designs and carrying out modifications on your existing equipment. Please contact us directly to discuss your requirements and receive an estimated quote.
Support for expeditions:
We are open to providing support and assistance for expeditions of any sort. If you're going somewhere gnarly and doing something innovative, we would like to hear from you!
